Why do you need one?
Having Electrical certificates are an important part of ensuring that you can prove the safety of your tenants and that you have taken reasonable steps to do so.
It is recommended that every three to five years dependent on previous inspection advise you should have a full electrical inspection carried out. This examination investigates the state of the electrical wiring throughout the property and thoroughly checks the safety of the electrical installation.
Once this is done and processed an 'Electrical Installation Condition Report ' will be than issued electronically. It will declare if the electrical installation is safe or if any work is required to ensure it meets current safety standards.
We are customer friendly and carry out services with the best practices in mind, after all works carried out we supply stickers with every fault labelled and numbered correctly so that future faults can be rectified by any electrician.

The charges would be as follows.
If less than 50 Circuits, the first 20 Circuits are charged at £350.00 then £28.50 per circuit thereafter.
If over 50 Circuits, the circuit price is charged £18.80 per circuit. And the administrative and preliminary element is charged at £265.00 per project.
We charge 3 phases as 3 circuits.
Minor faults such as ip failure will be rectified at time of testing and board schedules will be updated
All faults will be identified with a numerical sticker system and photograph to easily identify the area in which the fault is located
There are no extra charges for out of hours if we can manage our own access and egress.
